i appreciated the warm welcome from the owners. the room was very clean. nothing seemed like too much trouble. breakfast was delicious with fresh coffee and well-cooked sausages.

the bathroom was quite small. it was still functional but limited in space.

The breakfast was amazing with a wide choice of items. The hosts were a lovely couple, who were always ready to assist and ensure guest satisfaction. I also found the location convenient, being a short walk to the Pleasure Beach.

The room I stayed in was not very spacious. The bathroom was quite small and cramped.

the breakfast offered a wide array of choices, including constant refills of tea and toast. my room was bright and clean, it had all the facilities i needed. the location is very convenient, a short walk to the south pier and the pleasure beach. the tram stop is also close.

The breakfast was fantastic, i must say. the hosts were cute. They helped me a lot. the location was quite good. Everything was very accessible.

the staircase banister felt rather greasy to the touch. this needs more regular cleaning
